Define: “Congestion”
When the Google Map shows RED for the ability of a car to pass
through Zilker Park on Barton Springs Road, then visitors stop
coming to the park when it is congested. Congestion looks like this:
Why do people in distant areas of Austin avoid coming to Zilker Park?
Congestion.
Residents in distant neighborhoods will not drive to this area if they
